ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer on the Seller’s website, www.temirovabrand.com, electronically, the specifications and sale price of which are indicated below, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS COVERED BY THE AGREEMENT
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of the product(s) shall be determined based on the information selected by the Buyer at the time the order is confirmed and as specified on the www.temirovabrand.com website.

ARTICLE 3 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and been informed about the main characteristics of the product, sale price, payment method, delivery terms, and right of withdrawal, and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

The product covered by the agreement shall be delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address specified, within the period stated in the preliminary information, depending on the distance to the Buyer’s location, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the Seller is not responsible for any refusal of delivery by that person.

If the Seller cannot deliver the product within the agreed period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing transport, the Seller will inform the Buyer. In this case, the Buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product, or accept a postponement of the delivery date.

If the Buyer cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days.

ARTICLE 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email or phone within this period.

Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, with tags intact, and in a resalable condition.

The Buyer will receive the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days. The shipping cost for returns under the right of withdrawal will be covered by the Seller.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to the individual’s specifications or for products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics).

ARTICLE 5 – RETURN CONDITIONS
Products to be returned must be sent in their original packaging, together with the original invoice, via the shipping company specified by the Seller.

Return procedures shall be completed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the product reaches the Seller.

ARTICLE 6 – COMPETENT COURT
In the event of disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees shall be competent within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, and in cases exceeding these limits, Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 7 – ENFORCEMENT
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement upon completing the payment transaction for the order placed on www.temirovabrand.com.
